Do You Sell Eye Cream?

Quick answer: Not yet, but we are working on it.

We know how delicate the skin around the eyes is, and we also know that a great eye cream needs to be more than just a moisturiser in a small pot. It has to be lightweight but nourishing, deeply hydrating, never greasy, and most importantly, made from the best natural ingredients that care for the skin without unnecessary synthetics.

While we don’t have one just yet, we’ve been carefully researching and testing to make sure that when we do launch an eye cream, it meets the same high standards as the rest of our range. In the meantime, let’s talk about what makes a great eye cream and which natural ingredients are worth looking out for.

What Makes a Good Eye Cream?

The skin around the eyes is thinner and more fragile than the rest of the face, which is why it’s often the first area to show signs of dehydration, fine lines, and puffiness. A well-formulated eye cream should do three key things: hydrate, protect, and support the skin’s natural barrier.

The challenge is that not every ingredient that works well on the rest of the face is suited to the eye area. Heavy oils can be too rich, leading to puffiness, and overly active ingredients can cause irritation. That’s why a good eye cream needs to be carefully balanced—powerful enough to make a difference but gentle enough to respect the skin’s natural structure.

The Best Natural Ingredients for Eye Cream

If you’re looking for a natural eye cream, or thinking of ways to care for the eye area in the meantime, here are some of the best ingredients to look for:

Cucumber Extract

It might be a cliché, but cucumber really does help soothe tired eyes. Naturally cooling and hydrating, cucumber extract helps reduce puffiness and refresh the skin, which reminds me, I must treat myself to a cucumber eye treatment one night soon. It’s not something I do, but I’ve inspired myself by writing about it.

Aloe Vera

Packed with vitamins and antioxidants, aloe vera is a well-known ingredient for hydration. It’s soothing, lightweight, and quickly absorbed, making it a great choice for the delicate eye area. However, I have heard of instances of a negative reaction in terms of skin sensitivity to Aloe Vera so I’d proceed with caution with this particular ingredient.

Chamomile Oil

Known for its calming properties, chamomile oil helps to reduce redness and irritation. It also contains natural antioxidants that protect against environmental stressors. Use sparingly.

Rosehip Oil

One of the best natural sources of Vitamin A, rosehip oil helps to support skin regeneration. It’s incredibly nourishing but absorbs quickly, making it ideal for reducing fine lines without feeling heavy.

Green Tea Extract

Rich in polyphenols, green tea extract is a natural antioxidant powerhouse. It helps to combat oxidative stress and reduce inflammation, making it a great ingredient for brightening and protecting the under-eye area. I drank Green Tea every day on my last trip to Japan.

Hyaluronic Acid (Naturally Derived)

While many hyaluronic acid products are synthetic, it can be derived naturally through fermentation. It holds up to 1,000 times its weight in water, helping to plump and hydrate the skin, which is particularly beneficial for the fine lines that often appear around the eyes.

Shea Butter (In Small Amounts)

Shea butter is deeply nourishing, but when used in tiny amounts, it can create a soft, protective barrier that locks in moisture without feeling heavy. This is an ingredient we’ve been using in other products since 2010 and it’s one of my favourites. Again, use sparingly.

Why We Haven’t Launched An Eyecream Yet

With all of this in mind, you might be wondering why we haven’t released an eye cream already. The simple answer is that we’re still perfecting it. We don’t rush product development; we take the time to ensure everything we make is truly exceptional. Our team are very fussy people when it comes to quality control.

Also, an eye cream has to be lightweight yet effective, deeply hydrating but non-greasy, and packed with the best natural ingredients while remaining stable and long-lasting. That’s not an easy balance to strike, but we are working on it, and hope to have something in the pipeline really soon.

Our Eye cream Will Be Worth The Wait

So, while we don’t sell an eye cream yet, we will, and when we do, it will be worth the wait. In the meantime, if you’re looking for natural ways to care for the delicate eye area, a tiny drop of rosehip oil, a cool compress of cucumber, or a gentle dab of chamomile-infused serum can work wonders. Whatever you use, use sparingly and avoid contact with the eyes!

We’ll let you know the moment ours is ready.
