This is a note from the whole team at the Edinburgh Natural Skincare Company to let you know that we are thinking of you, and hope you are staying safe and well and are still taking small steps to look after your skin. 

Following all Government advice we have put in place strict measures to ensure we can continue to provide natural skin care products to our customers, as long as it remains permitted and safe to do so. We will continue to keep a close eye on the latest government advice and will update you as soon as there is any change to our situation.

Our Stores

Our Edinburgh Natural SkinCare stores will be closed for the time being, however online orders will continue as usual. We are still busy developing new products behind the scenes, so keep an eye for those.

In the meantime we’ll do everything we can to protect those around us and make sure we can continue to fulfill your skincare needs.

Our Warehouse 

We are working hard to make sure you are still able to shop online with us at edinburghskincare.com. Our dedicated warehouse team is busy processing orders around the clock, whilst adhering to all government guidelines. We are maintaining a safe and strict 2 meters distance, alongside regular hand sanitation and onsite cleaning. 

Online Orders & Deliveries 

Our Customer Care team is working extremely hard to respond to all of your queries as quickly as possible. 

With increased demand for skin care products and a reduced workforce, delivery may take a little longer than usual. But you should expect your delivery to arrive 2 – 5 working days from the day you ordered. 

Meanwhile we will continue to help and support each other, and keep your skin soft.
