How to use your points

P.s: The words rewards and points are used interchangeably in this guide.
Sign in to use your points
You won't be able to use your points until you sign in.
1. You could use the points widget at the bottom right of our page (has a trophy icon and the words rewards). It will have the option to log in at the bottom.
2. Alternatively, use the accounts icon in our navigation bar (a little people icon which will always be on the left of the cart icon - on desktop and mobile)
3. Whether you use the widget or the account button, please follow the sign in prompts by providing your email address and then entering the code sent to your email address.
If you do not know which email you use, please contact us at customer@edinburghskincare.com or fill in our form on our contact page. We'll help you identify your email address.
Find the points page or widget
1. The widget will always be in the bottom right corner of our page (Marked with the trophy icon and the words "rewards").
2. Alternatively, you could just use our official points page. Find it in the navigation bar. It's called 'rewards'.
Navigate the points widget or page.
1. Open the widget or navigate to the points page.
2. Your balance will appear at the top.
3. "How to earn points" (widget) or "ways to earn points" (points page) will show you all the ways that you can get points.
4. "How to spend points"(widget) or "ways to spend points" (points page) is where you will be able to redeem your points.
5. "View your rewards"(widget) or "available rewards" (points page) is where you will be able to see all your unused coupon codes of redeemed points.
6. "History" (points page) gives you a point statement. An indepth view at how you are earning and redeeming points.
Redeem your points in the widget!
1. Click on the widget in the bottom right corner to open it.
2. Click on "How to spend points"
3. Click on redeem button.
4. Use minus and plus icon to adjust the amount of points you'd like to use. It will always assume you'd like to use the maximum amount of points.
5. Click on redeem
6. You will now be given a coupon code. Usually this code will be automatically applied to your checkout but you can copy it with the icon to the right of the code.
7. Navigate to checkout. If the code has not been applied to your checkout, paste it in the coupon code field on the right and click on apply.
8. If at any time you're interrupted, you can always find your coupon code under the "view your rewards" option in the widget.
Redeem your points on the rewards page!
1. Click on the rewards option in our navigation bar.
2. Scroll down and click on "Ways to spend points."
3. Click on "per 1000 points" block. A pop-up will appear.
4. Use minus and plus icon to adjust the amount of points you'd like to use. It will always assume you'd like to use the maximum amount of points.
5. Click on redeem
6. You will now be given a coupon code. Usually this code will be automatically applied to your checkout but you can copy it with the icon to the right of the code.
7. Navigate to checkout. If the code has not been applied to your checkout, paste it in the coupon code field on the right and click on apply.
8. If at any time you're interrupted, you can always find your unused coupon code under the "Available rewards" heading on the rewards page.
