Our refreshed Rewards Programme

We've updated our Rewards Programme from 6 November 2026. Every point you've already collected keeps its full value, and 1,000 points is still worth £1 off. Plus, there's a new reward: a free Geranium & Sweet Orange lip balm for 2,500 points.

Rewards Programme Terms

Effective 6 November 2026

Earning points

  • 70 points for every £1 spent on products. Points are calculated on the product value after discounts, excluding shipping and VAT.
  • 1,000 points for creating an account.
  • 1,500 points on your birthday.
  • 250 points for sharing us on Facebook.
  • Points are added once your order is paid. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points earned on it are removed.
  • Gift card purchases don't earn points.

Using points

  • 1,000 points = £1 off.
  • £-off rewards can be used on orders of £25 or more, up to £10 off (10,000 points) per order.
  • Free Geranium & Sweet Orange lip balm: 2,500 points, while stocks last. This reward can be added to any order.
  • Rewards can be combined with free shipping but not with other discount codes or offers.

General

  • Points have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for cash.
  • Points you've already earned keep their value.
  • We may update these terms from time to time and will publish any changes on this page.
  • We may remove points obtained through misuse or fraud.
